10K, Half Marathon & 50K Ultra – JULY 16TH 2023

Three incredible routes on challenging terrain around Tittesworth Reservoir and the southern Peak District

10K, Half & 50K Ultra

Looking for a challenge? Join us for the inaugural Tittesworth Water trail event on Saturday 6th August 2022. Choose between 10K, Half Marathon and 50K ultra distance trail routes. All three routes are quite different to our regular RunThrough courses. They all include some steep climbs, fun descents and maybe even a stile or two! Whether you are running your first trail race or stepping up to the ultra distance for the first time, we have you covered.

All three routes start at the beautiful Tittesworth Reservoir and ascend Hen Cloud, offering stunning views of the reservoir and the surrounding countryside. After summiting, the 10K route then descends back to the reservoir, whereas the Half Marathon and 50K Ultra continue out across The Roaches and beyond. We will have multiple aid stations out on the course as well as a squad of marshals to keep you safe and on route. We guarantee that this will be an incredible adventure!

New routes have now been confirmed. You can download the GPX from the links below.

Cutoff Times (50K only)

For the safety of runners and staff we will be imposing a strict 12 hour cutoff for our 50K race distance. This is a very generous cutoff and should give all runners plenty of time to finish. More information to follow.

Cupless Aid Stations

In an effort to reduce waste, all of our races are now cup-free, meaning you’ll need to pack along your own cup for fluids at aid stations during the race. We suggest that you bring either a hand flask, running vest with water bottles or a collapsible cup.

Aid Stations will be positioned roughly every 10km on the Half Marathon and 50K courses, and at around half way on the 10K course. We will provide water as well as a selection of gels and sugary sweets for you to hydrate and refuel.
